Can you supply any prints on canvas?

Yes we can, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I buy any of your photographs in a shop?

Yes you can.  There is a selection available at Electric Mountain visitor centre gift shop at Llanberis, North Wales.  These are matted and ready for framing.

 Will my print have the '© Images By Graham Williams .com' written on it?

No, that is only added to the images used on the Internet to help protect the copyright.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases, you will receive your order within 14 days of receipt of your payment. Occasionally delivery may take longer and we will let you know as soon as we become aware of any delay.  

What happens if my image arrives damaged?

All images are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. However, if this does happen, we would ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible. We would then arrange for a courier to collect the image and replace it as soon as possible.

What is a limited edition?

A limited edition is a print of which only a certain number of that size and format are produced. After the series has expired no further images of that work will be made. As a print nears its expiry, the purchase price of the remaining prints may increase accordingly.  Each edition is of a specific size. The electronic image may be used for marketing purposes.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Do you provide framed images?

We do not usually provide framed images due to potential breakage and subsequent damage however we do have partners with whom we can liaise with on your behalf if you contact us to discuss further.

Can I use any images from this website on mine?

Yes, of course.  Contact us to discuss your requirements and the fees.  You might also like to consider using them for promotional products for your business.  Another possibility is for you to use them on your home page with an embedded link to www.ImagesByGrahamWilliams.com, or maybe you would like to provide a text link.  This depends on your sort of site and a chat, so please drop me a line and we can take a look.  If we like the look of each other's sites, then we can do this for no fee.  There are of course some important legal copyright aspects that you need to consider.
